Elena Bondareva is a versatile executive and a seasoned transformation expert with a solid international track record of systems change around persistent problems at project, organization, industry, and topic level.
Having catalyzed over two dozen transformational ventures around the world and helped dozens more go to the next level, Elena has held public, private, teaching, and Board roles in Australia, India, New Zealand, Russia, South Africa, and the US. She has participated in globally significant events such as COP17 and G20; contributed to two Global Advisories of the International WELL Building Institute; published in peer-reviewed and public journals; keynoted international conferences; and trained thousands of professionals.
Elena currently serves on the Boards of Pollinate Group, an award-winning social enterprise combatting intergenerational poverty through female entrepreneurship, and of BLOOM Workforce Development, a ground-breaking economic launchpad for the most disadvantaged. A mentor with the Miller Center for Social Enterprise and with ProspectSV, Elena also continues to lead Vivit Group Worldwide, her global consulting practice focused on transformation.
